Our Story
We're (very) small-batch kimchi makers in McMinnville, Oregon. Our name, Calico Kimchi, is a nod to Cupcake and Cookie, the two calico cats who are very dear to our hearts. Our kimchi is as bold and unique as every calico cat we've met (a little sassy, too).
We're a community-focused, quality-driven business who wants to share our love of kimchi with you. We strive to:

Our Flavors
Small batches, big flavor.

Napa Cabbage Kimchi
Our classic. Crisp napa cabbage fermented with garlic, ginger, and gochugaru for deep, slow-building umami heat.

Radish Kimchi
Peppery Korean radish, quick-fermented for a crunchy, tangy bite that holds up next to anything off the grill.

Water Kimchi
A mild, brine-based kimchi. Bright, light, and a little sour, sippable straight from the jar.
